NSC CONSTRUCTIONS LLP

Our office for NSC CONSTRUCTIONS LLP is in Kothrud, right in Avanti Apartment on the fifth floor. We are at Flat No 507, which is near the Kothrud Depot and just to the left of Bhusari Colony. It is a good spot in Pune City because everything is pretty close by. We started this construction company to handle local building projects around this side of town. Most days are spent looking at plans or talking to vendors on the phone. It is not always easy work. There are days when nothing seems to go right at the site, and other days when everything moves along just fine. We have lived in Maharashtra all our lives, so we understand how things work here with the local regulations and the weather. The apartment office is where we do all the planning and the accounts. It is quiet enough to get work done, but you can still hear the city moving outside. We do not have a huge staff, just a few people who know their jobs well. We take on various construction jobs and try to stay busy year-round. Sometimes the rain in July slows us down, but we just pick back up when it clears. It is a basic operation, but it keeps us on our feet. We like being part of the community here in Kothrud. We don't use any fancy logos or complicated promises, we just get to work.
