Nrutyashree Academy

Nrutyashree Academy is located over on Rajesh Tower Road in Hadapsar. We are in room 501, which means there are a lot of stairs to climb or you have to wait for the lift if it’s working that day. The address also mentions Gotri Road, so it is right in that general area where things are always moving. Our space is up on the fifth floor, so it stays a bit quieter than the street level, which is nice when we are trying to focus. We have some basic stuff set up for the dancers. It is mostly just an open floor and some places to sit when people get tired. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. People just walk in, change their shoes, and get to work. Sometimes the afternoon sun hits the windows really hard and it gets quite hot, so we have to use the fans a lot to keep the air moving. The academy is just a place for people who live around Hadapsar to come and spend an hour or two on their feet. We keep things pretty simple. There are no big marketing plans or anything like that here. We just open up in the morning and stay until the last person leaves in the evening. It’s just a regular part of the neighborhood for anyone who knows the Rajesh Tower building and needs a place to practice.
