Nobel Industries Private Limited

Our workshop for Nobel Industries Private Limited is over at Gat No 647. We are right near Santosh Dhaba in Pune, which makes it pretty easy to explain to people who are trying to find us for the first time. It is not a very fancy place, honestly. It is just a regular building where we get our daily work done. The floor is concrete and it gets a bit dusty when the wind picks up, but that is part of the job. We have been here in the 412207 area for a good while now. Most mornings start with a quick check on what needs to be finished from the day before. We don’t have a big human resources department or a marketing team sitting in an office upstairs. It is mostly just us on the ground floor making sure things move along. Sometimes the machines act up or a delivery doesn't show up when it’s supposed to, and we just deal with it as it comes. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Maharashtra. We just want to do a decent job so we can go home feeling like we earned our pay. If you walk in, you might have to wait a minute while someone finishes what they are doing. We just focus on the task at hand and try to keep things simple and practical every single day.
