Nnp Buildcon is based in Pune, over in the Wadgaon Sheri area. Our office is on the third floor of the building at Survey Number 34. We’re quite close to Inorbit Mall, so there’s always plenty of traffic and people around. It’s a good spot to be in because it feels like the heart of the action. We spend most of our time looking at plans and talking to contractors. Building stuff in Pune can be a challenge with the way the city is expanding, but we like the work. We aren't a big, polished firm with a lot of corporate talk. We’re just a group of people who understand how to put things together. Our office is practical—lots of paper, a couple of computers, and plenty of tea. Sometimes we stay late when a deadline is coming up, but that’s part of the deal. We try to be direct with people. If something is going to take longer, we say so clearly. We’ve been in Wadgaon Sheri for a bit now and have seen many changes. It’s a lot of work to keep a construction business running, but seeing a finished structure is worth it. We don't have any fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just show up every day and do what needs to be done. It keeps us out of trouble and pays the bills. That is really all there is to it.
