Mentioning the office location behind Montvert Altesse. It's a busy spot in Pashan. We are up on the 4th floor of Montvert Marc. Being in Pune, specifically around the Pashan-Sus road, keeps us pretty busy because the area is growing so fast. People know us as a small team that just handles construction projects and general building work. It’s not always glamorous. Most days involve a lot of paperwork and checking on sites around the city. We moved into this office a while back and it works well for us. It’s close enough to the main road but quiet enough to get things done. We don't have a massive crew, just some regular folks who know how to put a building together. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow, but we make do. When we started NKKN Buildcon LLP, we just wanted to work on local jobs around Maharashtra. We spend a lot of time talking to contractors and making sure materials arrive on time. It's a lot of coordination. There isn't much to say other than we are here every day from morning until late evening trying to finish the projects we have on our plate. We handle the usual stuff that comes with buildcon work, nothing too fancy, just honest labor and keeping things moving. We just stay focused on the bricks and mortar part of things.
