Njr Developers Llp operates out of Ashok Sankul on Range Hill Road in Shivaji Nagar. Our setup is spread across three office units, specifically 301, 302, and 303, which gives us enough space to keep the paperwork organized and the staff comfortable. Being on the third floor of the building means we are slightly removed from the heavy traffic noise that usually picks up along Range Hill Road around mid-morning. It is a straightforward place to work, filled with the usual desks, stacks of site plans, and the hum of the air conditioning when the Pune heat gets to be too much.
