Niyati Buildtech LLP also operates from L P Classics in Hadapsar, Pune. We are located at Survey No 162/163, with our specific section being H No 12/2/3 and A25. It’s a bustling spot and the building is usually quite active. Our office is where the technical side of things happens. We have a lot of documents and technical drawings taking up most of the desk space. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find polished marble floors or expensive art. It’s just a workspace for people who are into building and engineering. The air conditioning hums all day, and there’s usually a pot of tea going somewhere. We get a lot of phone calls from suppliers and engineers throughout the day. Hadapsar is a major hub now, so there’s always something going on just outside our door. We’ve settled into this office and it feels like home to us now. The things on the walls are mostly just calendars and task lists. We don't have a big front office, so you usually just walk right into the middle of the work. It’s a bit messy sometimes, especially when we’re in the middle of a big project phase. We just focus on the day-to-day tasks and try to keep our records straight. It’s a simple, hardworking atmosphere for our team here in Pune where we get things done.
