Niyati Buildspace LLP is set up in L P Classics, specifically at Survey No 162/163 in Hadapsar. We’ve got a long address with different house and plot numbers like H No 12/2/3 and A25, but basically, we are right in the heart of the Hadapsar area in Pune. The office is a busy place where we handle all our construction management. Hadapsar has grown so much lately, and being right in the middle of it keeps us on our toes. The space we have in L P Classics is where we do all our planning. It’s mostly just desks, computers, and stacks of files. We don't really go in for fancy interior design. It’s more of a functional workspace where we can sit down and focus. Sometimes it gets a bit loud when there’s maintenance in the building or if the traffic is heavy outside. We have a small team, and we usually start the day with a quick talk about what’s happening at the sites. It’s not a corporate headquarters with hundreds of people. It’s just a few of us making sure everything is moving along correctly. We spend a lot of time checking on supplies and talking to the contractors. It’s a very hands-on kind of environment. We like being in this part of Pune because it’s close to a lot of our ongoing work and easy to reach.
