You can find us over at 1090 Raviwar Peth. We’ve been operating Nivi Developers Private Limited from this location for quite a while now. We are situated near the Meera Datar Darga, which is a place everyone in the area knows well. Raviwar Peth is such a busy, old-fashioned part of town. The streets are narrow and always full of people, so getting to the office can be a bit of a mission some days. The building we are in is practical and straightforward. We don’t have any fancy glass walls or expensive art. It’s just a place for us to sit and get our development work done. We spend our days looking at maps, talking to contractors, and dealing with all the legal stuff that comes with building things. It’s a lot of work and sometimes it feels like we’re drowning in paperwork. We have a small team, and we all know each other well. There’s no corporate hierarchy here; we just all pitch in to get the job finished. We drink a lot of chai from the stall nearby while we discuss our current projects.
