We are Nivaan And Brothers Constructions and we operate out of Wadgaon Sheri in Pune. Our office is on the 3rd floor at S. No.-34, which is very close to the Inorbit Mall. It’s a busy area and the mall makes for a good landmark if you are trying to find us. Being brothers running a business, we don’t really have many formalities. We just sit together and figure out how to handle the construction projects we have on our plate. The office is a simple place where we do our planning and paperwork. We don't have a big corporate structure or a bunch of managers. It’s just us and a small team making sure everything gets done. Construction in Pune is moving fast, and we are just trying to keep up with the demand. Some days are long and involve a lot of traveling between the office and various sites. We don't use any fancy marketing words or try to make ourselves sound bigger than we are. We just tell people what the situation is and what we can do to help. The 3rd-floor view is alright, but we spend more time looking at our screens and blueprints than out the window. It’s a straightforward business built on working hard and being reliable for the people who hire us. We’ve been here in Wadgaon Sheri for a bit now and we like how the area is growing. It keeps us on our toes.
