Nitin Associates Parvati Indl Estate

We are located at 34/B in the Parvati Industrial Estate, which is right on Satara Road. Being in an industrial estate means there is always something going on around us, whether it's trucks backing up or the sound of machinery from the neighboring units. Our space is pretty basic, just a workshop area and a small corner for the office work. We spend a lot of time on our feet here, moving between the machines and the desk. The dust from the road is a bit of a constant battle, but we try to keep things as clean as we can. Satara Road is always busy, so getting to work in the morning can take a lot longer than you’d expect. Most of the guys here have been with us for a while, so we don't have to explain much to each other anymore. We just get on with the day’s tasks. The roof is high and it can get quite hot in the middle of the summer, so we have a couple of big fans that run all day long. It's not the kind of place where you’ll find plush carpets or air conditioning in every room. It’s a functional space for people who don’t mind getting their hands a bit dirty. We have our tea breaks out by the entrance where we can watch the traffic go by for a few minutes before heading back in to finish up the shift.
