Nirmiti Nisarg Associates Llp is found at G No 245 on the Moshi Chikhali Road. We are right opposite Modern College. It’s a bit out there, but that’s where the space is. We’re an LLP, so it’s a partnership of people who know the local land. The site office is where most of the action happens. It’s often dusty because of the road work and the construction nearby. Being right across from the college means there are always bikes and students around, especially in the afternoons. We don’t have a fancy corporate headquarters in the middle of the city. We prefer being right where the land is. Our office is a simple structure, nothing too special to look at from the outside. Inside, we have our maps and our site plans spread out. It gets quite hot in the summer, but the fans keep things moving. We spend a lot of time discussing boundaries and local permissions. It’s honest work and we’ve been at it for a while now. Some days are just filled with meetings with local contractors or checking on the progress of a particular patch of land. We don’t use a lot of big words to describe what we do. We just look at the ground, see what needs to be done, and try to keep everything on track. If you’re looking for us, just find the college and look across the road. You’ll see our sign and probably a couple of our bikes parked out front.
