Our office for Nirmitee Unicons Infra Llp is in Bavdhan, at Pebbles I. We are in Flat C/1202 B, right near the Suryadatta Institute. It’s a good area, a bit away from the heaviest city noise but still busy enough. We focus on infrastructure and construction projects. It’s the kind of work where you’re always dealing with some kind of surprise, whether it's a delay in permits or a machine breaking down. We just take it as it comes. The team here is pretty small, and we’ve all been in the building trade for a good amount of time. We don't have a bunch of fancy marketing people telling us what to say. We just talk about the work. We spend our mornings looking at drawings and our afternoons out at the sites. Bavdhan has grown a lot lately, and being part of that growth is interesting. We don't make big promises we can't keep. We just look at the plans, give a timeline, and do our best to stick to it. Sometimes we’re ahead, sometimes we’re behind, but the work always gets finished. It’s a simple way of running things, but it works for us. If you’re around S.No. 340/3, you’re close to where we handle all our paperwork and planning. We don't need a lot of space, just enough for the computers and some chairs for when people come in.
