It is a handy location since we are right across from Galaxy Care Hospital, so most people know the spot. Pune-411004 is a lively area to work in. We spend our time working on lifespaces, which basically means we are involved in the local property and development scene. The office is usually filled with the sound of someone typing or discussing project timelines. It is a typical workspace, nothing too flashy. We try to keep our files organized, though during a busy week, things can get a bit cluttered with blueprints and folders. Erandwane has changed a lot since we started, and being on Karve Road puts us right in the middle of that evolution. We do not spend a lot of time on fancy speeches; we would rather just look at the site reports. It is a lot of back-and-forth with contractors and suppliers. Sometimes the elevator in the building takes a while, but that is just part of working in a busy commercial center. We like being part of the Pune community and seeing how the city expands. We just come in, do the job, and head home like everyone else. Our desks are always covered in notes about different sites we are currently managing.
