You can find us over at Shop No. 37 in the Vastushree Complex, which is tucked into the Gultekdi Market Yard area. Pune is a big place, but this little corner is where we do all our work for Nirmaan SPRK Build. We aren't a massive operation with hundreds of people in suits. Instead, it’s mostly just us in the office, trying to keep track of various building tasks and making sure things are moving along. The address is S.No. 587, and it can get a bit loud outside with all the market traffic, but we’re used to it by now. We deal with the practical side of building. There’s always a lot of paper on the desks and blueprints that need looking at. It's a Private Limited company on paper, but in reality, it feels more like a small family business where everyone knows what the other person is doing. We don't have a big marketing team writing fancy things for us. We just handle the everyday stuff that comes with construction and building. Sometimes we are out on sites, and other times we are just sitting here in the shop catching up on logistics. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until evening. If you happen to be in the Market Yard area for your own shopping or business, you’ve probably passed by our building. We’ve been here for a bit and plan to stay for longer.
