Nirmaan Building Concepts LLP

We set up shop in Gultekdi, right here in the Market Yard area of Pune. Our space is Shop No. 37 inside the Vastushree Complex. If you know this part of the city, you know it stays pretty busy with all the market activity and people moving around all day. We’ve been handling building concepts for a while now. It’s not a fancy setup with glass walls or anything like that. Just a regular office where we look at plans and figure out how to get things built properly. Sometimes the place gets a bit dusty because of all the files and samples lying around, but that’s just how it goes when you’re actually working. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or meeting people who drop by the shop to discuss their own projects. Pune is growing so fast, and being in the middle of it at S.No 587 gives us a good view of how things are changing. We don't really do the whole big corporate talk. We just focus on what needs to be done for the next project on the list. Usually, someone is here making tea or checking on some paperwork. It’s a straightforward way of doing things. We like being local and knowing the neighborhood well. If you are walking through the complex, you will see our sign. It's nothing too loud, just our name and what we do. It works for us.
