NINAD HI TECH CONSTRUCTION PRIVATE LIMITED

We operate out of Flat 703 in Tower 17 of the Belmondo complex in Gahunje. It’s a bit of a different setup for a construction company, being up in a residential tower, but it works for us. Pune is expanding fast, and Gahunje is right at the edge of all that growth. We call ourselves "Hi Tech" because we try to use better methods and newer tools than what we used to use years ago. But at the end of the day, it’s still construction. It’s still about bricks, cement, and a lot of sweat. We spend most of our time out at site locations rather than in the flat. The office is really just for the administrative side of things. We aren't a massive corporation with a lobby and a receptionist. It’s just us. We’ve been working around Pune for a while now. We know the local regulations and how the labor market works here. It can be stressful when materials don't show up on time, but we manage. We aren't here to give you a sales pitch. We just take on projects we know we can finish properly. Being in Belmondo gives us a good view of the area we’re working in. It’s a lot of responsibility, but we enjoy the challenge of building things in such a fast-paced city.
