We are located in Hemkunj Apartment in Mukundnagar, Pune. Our office is Flat D-09. It’s a central spot which is handy because the traffic in Pune can be a real problem if you're trying to get across town. We work on infrastructure projects, so we spend a lot of time looking at site plans and dealing with all the legal requirements. It’s a small office, mostly just desks and a lot of binders full of project details. We aren't some big corporate entity with a huge staff. It’s just a few of us who know the construction business well. We spend a lot of our time on the phone with engineers and site managers. Sometimes the days get long, especially when we are trying to meet a deadline for a government project. We don't have a lot of polished marketing materials. We just rely on our reputation in the local area. People know we’ve been around for a while and that we know how to handle the local regulations. It’s not always easy work, and there’s a lot of pressure sometimes, but we just take it one day at a time. We try to keep our overheads low so we can focus on the actual building work. It is a practical way of doing things and it has worked for us so far. We just want to get the projects finished right.
