Nihon Oerlikon Coating Co Ltd Japan

So, we are Nihon Oerlikon Coating Co Ltd. We are actually based out of a flat in Sairaj Housing Society. It’s Flat Number 9, over in Shahu Nagar, Chinchwad. It’s a bit of a trek if you’re coming from the main part of Pune, but we like it here. Being in a housing society means it feels more like a community than a cold office building. We do a lot of coating work, which is tied back to the Japan side of things, but our day-to-day is very much local to Maharashtra. Some people find it funny that a big-sounding name like ours is in a residential area, but it works for us. We have our equipment and our small team, and we just focus on the technical details. It gets busy during the week with deliveries and paperwork. Sometimes the neighbors wonder what we're up to, but we’re just doing our jobs. The address, RH96/6, can be a little tricky for delivery drivers to find the first time, but they usually get the hang of it. We don't have a big receptionist or a lobby with coffee machines. We just have our desks and our work. It’s a practical setup. We’ve been in Chinchwad for a bit now and it feels like home. We just try to keep things simple and get the coatings right without making a big fuss about it.
