Milman Thin Film Systems Private Limited is located on Vishwachhaya Industry Road. We are at Gate No. 322 A/1 2 in Pirangut, which is out in the Mulshi area. It’s a bit of a drive to get out here, but we like the space we have. Our work involves a lot of technical stuff with thin films and vacuum systems. It sounds complicated, but to us, it’s just the daily routine. We have a lot of specialized equipment that needs to be kept in a specific way. The workshop isn't overly decorated. We have our desks, our tools, and the chambers we use for our processes. Most of the time, the guys are focused on a specific project, so it can be pretty quiet except for the hum of the pumps. We don't have a big sign out front or a receptionist to greet you. If someone comes to the gate, one of us just goes down to see what they need. Pirangut has grown a lot with more industries moving in, but we still feel like we are a bit removed from the main city rush. We handle the technical drawings and the assembly right here on site. It’s a small team and we don't have many layers of management. If something needs doing, we just decide who is free and get it done.
