Ace Coating India Private Limited

Working in the MIDC area of Bhosari means you get used to the sound of machinery and the smell of industrial work pretty quickly. Our place, Ace Coating India Private Limited, is located right in the S Block at W-84. It’s a busy industrial zone and we fit right in. We spend our time dealing with different types of coatings and finishes for various parts. It’s physical work. The floor is usually covered in some kind of dust or overspray, and the guys are always moving stuff around. We aren't some sleek office in the city center. It’s a factory environment. Sometimes the machines act up or the heat in the afternoon makes the workshop feel like an oven, but that’s just how it goes in Bhosari. We have been here for a good while and we know the rhythms of the industrial estate. People bring us their metal parts or whatever needs a layer of protection, and we get to it. We don’t really do fancy brochures. Most of our work comes from word of mouth or people just knowing we are here in the S Block. There’s a lot of heavy lifting and making sure the layers are applied correctly. It's loud, it's messy, but it’s what we know how to do. We just keep the lines moving and try to stay on top of the orders that come through.
