Our main setup is out in the S-Block of MIDC Bhosari, which is usually loud and full of trucks. But we also keep an office at Flat No. 103 in Yashodhan Apartments. It is near the Kotbagi Hospital on D.P. Road in Aundh. It is a bit of a back-and-forth between the industrial area and the residential side, but it works for us. We do coating work, mostly for other companies that need parts protected. The apartment office is a lot quieter than the shop floor in Bhosari. Sometimes the traffic on D.P. Road is a real headache in the evenings. We’ve been running Ace Coating India for a good number of years now. We have a small crew that knows what they are doing. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just trying to do the jobs that come in correctly. Most days involve a lot of checking on orders and making sure the chemicals and paints are handled right. It’s a messy job sometimes, especially when the weather is humid and things don't dry fast enough. But that is part of the trade. We just keep our heads down and stay busy. The walk near the hospital is nice for a break, though. It’s a strange mix of an industrial life and a quiet office life, but we have gotten used to it. The paperwork is piled up on the desk, and the phone rings more than I'd like.
