Our office is on the first floor of the Shroff Suyash Complex, which is right near the Pan Card Club in Baner. We’ve been here for a while, and it’s a good spot for us. We mostly deal with coatings and industrial finishes, so you’ll often see samples and color charts lying around our desks. It’s a practical office, not really meant for showing off. We spend a lot of time on the phone with clients or checking on orders to make sure they are moving along. Baner has grown a lot lately, so the area around the Pan Card Club is always moving. We have a small team here at Office Number 7, and we all pretty much do a bit of everything. Whether it’s answering the door or filing paperwork, we just get it done. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. People usually find us because they need a specific type of coating and they know we’ve been doing this for years. We try to keep things honest and let people know what will work for their specific situation and what won't. Sometimes we are out visiting sites, and other times we are stuck here catching up on administrative work. It’s a steady business and we like the neighborhood. The complex is easy enough for people to find once they are in the area, and we are usually here until late.
