Our company, Beher Process Paints India Pvt. Ltd., is at No. 263 237 on Taco Road in Hinjewadi. This area is known for its tech parks, but we are more on the industrial side of things. We deal with paints and coatings, so our space is often filled with cans of different sizes and various mixing vats. There is always a bit of a chemical scent in the air, and you have to be careful where you step to avoid any wet spots. We spend our days matching colors and making sure the consistency of the paint is just right. It is a bit of a science and a bit of a mess. Our clothes usually have a few spots of color on them by the time we go home. Hinjewadi traffic is famous, so getting here in the morning can be a real struggle. The office part is just a few desks shoved into the corner of the warehouse. We don't spend much time there anyway. We are usually out on the floor checking the batches or talking to the guys about the next delivery. It’s a Mulshi Taluka location, which means we are surrounded by a lot of other businesses doing similar industrial work. We don't have any big marketing slogans. We just mix the paint, pack it up, and send it out to whoever needs it.
