Our office for Nexgen Holidays And Resorts (India)Private Limited is in Sohrab Hall on Sasoon Road. We are on the third floor, specifically in rooms 311 and 312. It’s a central spot, so there is always a lot of noise and traffic coming from the road outside. Sohrab Hall is an older building that lots of people know. Working on the third floor means we see a lot of people passing through the hallways. The office is a bit of a maze with all the desks and cabinets we’ve squeezed in over the years. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy interior; we just need a place to sit and work. Most of us have been here for a good while, so we are used to the quirks of the building, like the slow elevator or the way the windows rattle when a big truck goes by. We stay busy with the day-to-day tasks and try to keep everything in order. Lunch usually involves someone going out to grab something for the whole team from the nearby stalls. It’s a very normal, everyday kind of workplace. We don't have a big mission or a bunch of corporate rules, we just show up and do what needs to be done. It’s a bit messy sometimes, but that’s just how we work. We don't see the need for a polished corporate image when our focus is just on doing our daily jobs in this part of town and making sure we get through our work on Sasoon Road.
