New Satav Driving School

This is the Pune H.O. branch of New Satav Driving School, located in the 411006 zip code area of Maharashtra. Being the head office sounds more important than it actually looks on the inside. It’s really just where we keep the main logs and handle the bigger registrations for the students. I’ve lived in Pune all my life, and seeing how the traffic has changed is something else. When we opened this Satav branch, the roads were much emptier. Now, it’s a whole different game. We spend a lot of time answering the phone and telling people how many classes they need before they can try for their license. It’s a lot of repetitive talk, but it’s necessary because everyone starts from zero. The office gets a bit dusty because of the road work nearby, but we try to keep it decent. Sometimes our instructors come back after a long session and we just sit around for ten minutes, having a glass of water and talking about which student is finally getting the hang of reverse parking. It’s a small team, and we all know each other well. We don't use any high-tech simulators or anything. It's just a car, a teacher, and the street. That’s how we learned, and that’s how we still do it here. It's honest work and keeps us connected to the city we grew up in. We don't make it complicated because driving is already hard enough for people to learn.
