We’ve been at Metro House on Mangaldas Road for quite some time now. Dealing with air services is what we do every single day. It’s mostly about getting things from one place to another without too much fuss or extra worry. People come by the office in room 204 when they need help with their cargo. It’s not a fancy place by any means, just a regular office where we handle paperwork and talk to customers on the phone. Sometimes things get really busy, especially with all the logistics involved in air transport these days. We try to keep things moving as smoothly as we can, though it’s not always easy. Most of the staff here have lived in this area for years. We know the streets around 7B Mangaldas Road pretty well. It’s a decent enough spot to work from. We spend most of our mornings on the phone or checking flight schedules. It’s just regular work, really. Nothing too flashy or exciting. We just focus on making sure the shipments aren't sitting around for too long in some warehouse. Sometimes the weather or flight delays make things tricky, but that's just how the business goes. We deal with it as it comes and try not to get too stressed out. If someone stops by, they’ll probably see us buried in files or on a call. That’s just the way the day looks here at New Globe Air Services. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
