Our place is located in Erandawana, Pune, right in Poonam Chambers. We are on the 16/3 B side of the building. It’s quite easy to find since we are right across from the ICICI Bank and just behind the Ranka Jewelers shop. This part of Pune is always full of people, and we have been operating from here for a good while. Inside the office, it’s mostly just us desks and a lot of folders piled up. We handle various real estate and landmark projects around the city. We aren't the type of company that puts out big brochures. We just talk to people plainly and tell them what’s going on with the land or the buildings we are working on. The staff here is local, and we often take our lunch breaks together at the small spots around Erandawana. It’s a very grounded atmosphere. We deal with the daily headaches of construction and property papers just like anyone else in this business. Sometimes it gets stressful when deadlines are close, but we try to keep a calm head. People know where to find us if they need to discuss a project. We’ve grown to like this spot in Pune because everything we need is right within walking distance. It’s a basic office, really, but it serves us well for the work we do every day.
