Neilsoft Ltd

This branch of Neilsoft Ltd is tucked away in B-5/302 of the Antariksha Housing Society. It’s in Nehrunagar, Pimpri, which is a very busy part of Pune. Being inside a housing society makes the work environment feel a bit different than a standard commercial building. It’s more like being part of a community. You see neighbors going about their daily lives while we are sitting inside working on our projects. Pimpri is known for its industrial vibe, but Nehrunagar has its own rhythm. Our office is basically a flat that we’ve converted into a workspace. It’s comfortable enough for the team we have here. We deal with a lot of engineering and design stuff on the computers. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy outside when kids are playing or people are moving stuff, but we’re used to it. The parking can be a bit of a headache because it’s a residential society, so we mostly tell people to come by rickshaw. We’ve been here for a good stretch of time and it suits us fine. There’s a small shop nearby where we get our morning biscuits. It’s just a regular office life without any of the corporate fluff you might find in the big city centers. We just focus on the drawings and data we have to finish by the end of the week.
