Neilsoft Ltd

We’re tucked away in Lane No 9 over here in Pune, at house number 5. It’s the place of Mr. Mh Kolhe where Neilsoft Ltd has this setup. It’s definitely not your typical glass-and-steel office building. It’s a more traditional lane, and being at house number 5 makes it feel very local and grounded. We’ve been working from here, dealing with all the engineering and design tasks that come our way. The area around Lane 9 is pretty busy, but inside it’s just us and our equipment. We don't have a marketing department writing fancy slogans for us. We just handle the projects as they come in. There’s usually a lot of talk about deadlines and technical drawings. The walk to the main road is short, so we can grab food or supplies pretty easily. It’s a very simple way to run a business. We know the people around the lane and they know us. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet gets a bit finicky, but we just deal with it and keep moving. It’s a very straightforward environment. No one is wearing suits here; we’re just regular people trying to do a good job with the technical work we’re given. It’s worked for us for a long time now. We like the simplicity of being in a real neighborhood instead of a sterile office park. It feels like we are actually part of the city here.
