Neha Constructions & Developers Llp is located right on D.P. Road in Pune. Our office is No. 301, which is on the third floor of the building at S. No. 245/5/1. Pune is a busy place, and D.P. Road is always moving, so we’re right in the middle of it. We do a lot of construction and development work around the city. It’s a lot of coordination between different teams and making sure everything is on track. We aren't a giant company with a huge marketing budget. Most people find us because they’ve seen our name on a board at a construction site. The office is where we handle all the drawings and the legal stuff. It’s often a bit noisy with the traffic outside, but we don't mind. We’ve been part of the Pune building scene for a while now. We just want to get the work done and move on to the next one. Neha Constructions & Developers Llp is run by a small group of us who actually care about the buildings we put up. We don't have time for corporate talk or fancy presentations. We’d rather be out on the field checking the concrete or talking to the laborers. It’s a hands-on job and that’s why we like it. We’re just trying to do our part in making the city a little bit better, one project at a time. It keeps us on our toes and we wouldn't have it any other way.
