NBK CONSTROVENTURE LLP

We operate out of Parmar Trade Centre, specifically in Connought House, room 12, off B-1106. It’s a well-known spot in Pune, right in the 411001 area. Being in such a central location makes it easy for us to stay on top of our different projects across the city. NBK CONSTROVENTURE LLP is a small outfit, really. We don’t have layers of management or anything like that. When you call, you usually get one of the main people on the phone. The office is usually a bit of a mess with papers and samples of materials, but we know where everything is. Pune is a fast-growing place, and we’ve been trying to keep up with the changes over the years. We spend a lot of time coordinating with different contractors and making sure the supplies arrive when they are supposed to. It’s not always glamorous work. There are plenty of days spent dealing with delays or weather issues. We just take it one day at a time and try to do a decent job on every site we manage. We aren’t interested in being the biggest name in town. We just want to be reliable. Our neighbors in the trade centre are mostly other businesses, so it’s a professional enough environment, but we keep our own space pretty casual. It’s just easier to work that way when you’re dealing with construction all day long.
