NAVTEJ ENGINEERING AND CONSTRUCTION LLP

Navtej Engineering and Construction Llp is based out of Magarpatta City in Hadapsar. We are in the Roystonia building, specifically Flat No 502 in the N wing. Pune is a big place, but Magarpatta feels like its own little world sometimes. Working in engineering and construction means our days are never really the same. One day we might be looking at structural designs and the next we are out in the mud at a site. We’ve got a small team that handles the technical side of things and the actual building work. Being in Hadapsar makes it convenient to reach different parts of the city, though the traffic near the IT parks can be a headache in the evenings. We don't have a flashy storefront because most of our work happens on the ground or at our desks. We focus on getting the engineering right so the buildings actually stand up and last. It’s a lot of math, a lot of phone calls, and dealing with various vendors. We try to stay organized, but construction is messy by nature. There’s always a delay somewhere or a change in plans, but we just deal with it as it comes. We’ve been part of the Pune scene for a bit now, just doing our part in the city’s expansion. It’s practical work for people who need things built properly. We stay busy with the local projects and the usual paperwork that comes with them.
