Navagraham Builders and Developers Private Limited is located on the 5th floor of the Jewel Square Co-op Housing Society. We are in Flat No. 10, which is part of the Prestige Complex in the Chinchwad area of Pune. It’s a busy neighborhood and being up on the fifth floor gives us a bit of a view of the surrounding buildings. We’ve been working out of this Chinchwad office for quite a while now. Dealing with construction and development in Pune-411019 means we are always on the move. There is a lot of traffic and many different sites to visit every week. Our office isn't one of those sleek, modern spaces you see in magazines; it’s a working office with stacks of files and various samples lying around. We spend a lot of time talking to contractors and making sure the supplies arrive on time. It is a lot of coordination and sometimes things get a bit stressful when deadlines are tight. We don't use any fancy language to describe what we do. We build things and we develop land, plain and simple. Most of our clients come to us through word of mouth because we have been in the Prestige Complex for so long. We are just local people who know the building trade inside and out. It’s a lot of hard work and we just take it one day at a time, making sure each project gets the attention it needs. We are proud to be part of the community here and to keep our operations local and straightforward.
