Nautical Propcon Llp

We are Nautical Propcon Llp and our office is in the Sai Capital building on Senapati Bapat Road in Pune. We are way up on the 11th floor. It’s a very busy part of town, so there is always something going on outside. We work on property consulting and development projects from here. It is just a small, dedicated team. We don't have a lot of the fancy stuff you might see in a big corporate office. Our desks are usually covered in files and drawings, and we spend a lot of time just talking through the details of our various projects. SB Road is a great location because it is central, but sometimes finding parking can be a real headache for us and our visitors. We try to keep things simple when we talk to people about their land or building plans. There is no point in using confusing language or making things sound bigger than they are. We just tell it like it is. Most of our work comes from people we have worked with before or local contacts in the city. We have had many late nights in this office trying to get everything ready for a deadline. It is just the way we work. We are just a local Pune business doing our thing and trying to be useful to those who need help with their property.
