Natural Ice Cream

We’ve been here at Viman Nagar for a while now. Most days it’s just us scooping out different flavors for whoever walks in from Princess Street. It gets pretty busy in the afternoons when the sun is out. We don't have anything fancy, just the ice cream and some stools to sit on if they aren't already taken. I remember when we first opened, we weren't sure if people would find us back here, but they did. We try to keep things simple with the ingredients. Sometimes we run out of the popular ones like mango or sitaphal before the day ends. That’s just how it goes. If you come by, you might see my cousin working the counter or me cleaning up the floor. It’s a small space, so things can get a bit cramped when a big group shows up. We mostly just focus on making sure the fridge stays cold enough so nothing melts. People come in after dinner usually, just for a quick cup or cone while they walk around the neighborhood. We don't do much advertising or anything like that. Just the sign out front and the smell of the waffle cones when we make them. It’s quiet in the mornings, which is when I usually get the most work done. We’ve seen the street change quite a bit over the years, but we’re still right here in the same spot. It’s a lot of work keeping the place going every day, but we like the routine.
