Nathkrupa Dugdalaya

Nathkrupa Dugdalaya is just a small spot in Pimpri Saijpur Bogha where we deal with milk and dairy things. The day starts very early for us, usually while everyone else is still sleeping. We have to be ready when the milk vans arrive in the dark. The shop floor is always a bit wet because we are constantly washing the cans and cleaning up spills. We keep the big refrigerators humming along to make sure the curd and paneer stay fresh. People from the neighborhood come by with their own bags and bottles throughout the morning. Sometimes we run out of stuff faster than expected and have to call for more. It’s a plain shop with white tiles and a simple counter where we take the cash. We don't have a lot of space for people to hang around, so they usually just grab what they need and head home for breakfast. The smell of fresh milk is something you get used to after a few days. My brother helps out with the heavy lifting when the crates come in. We don't do any big advertisements or anything like that. People just know us because we’ve been at this Pimpri Saijpur Bogha location for a long time. When the evening rush ends, we scrub everything down again and get ready to do it all over the next morning. It is a lot of cleaning, but that’s just the way it works.
