We are over in the Shaligram Prasad Building in Budhwar Peth, right here in Pune. It’s a very old and crowded part of the city, so finding parking can be a bit of a nightmare for anyone visiting. Our office is inside the building and it’s where we do all our work related to medical electronics. We’ve been a private limited company for a bit, but we still feel like a small local shop. The building has a lot of character, even if it’s a bit cramped and old-fashioned inside. We spend our days looking at circuits and trying to make sure everything is functioning like it should. We don't have any flashy brochures or a mission statement on the wall. We just have our tools and our experience. Sometimes we have to explain to people that parts are hard to find or that things will take longer than expected, and we just tell it like it is. Dealing with medical gear is serious, so we take our time and don't rush the repairs or the assembly. The noise from the street outside is always there, but you stop noticing it after a while. We’ve got a small team, and we all know each other pretty well. It's not a corporate environment at all. We drink our chai, talk about the work, and try to get things done right.
