Shri Ganesh Engineering

We’ve been running things here in Narhe Gaon for a good while now. It’s mostly just the sound of machines and the smell of cut metal every day. When we first opened the doors of Shri Ganesh Engineering, it was just a small space with a couple of basic tools. Now, the workshop is a bit more crowded with equipment, but the way we handle work hasn't changed much. We start early, usually before the traffic in the village gets too bad. Most of our day goes into looking at drawings or standing over a lathe. It gets loud, and the floor is always covered in small metal scraps, but that’s how it is in this line of work. Sometimes neighbors drop by just to chat while we’re finishing up a job. We don’t have fancy chairs or a lobby for people to wait in. You’ll usually find us with grease on our hands or trying to fix a machine that’s acting up. It isn't always smooth sailing, especially when power cuts happen or a delivery is late, but we manage to get the orders done. We’ve known most of the local vendors around here for years, so it feels like a small community. It’s not a big corporate setup with a lot of departments. It’s just us, the tools, and whatever project is sitting on the floor waiting for the next step. We keep it simple and focus on the task at hand.
