Nandan Infra Realty LLP is tucked away in Office 407 at Amar Business Park. Being in Baner means we deal with the Pune traffic every morning, but it is a good spot to be for this kind of work. The office is on the fourth floor and it stays fairly busy with people coming in and out. We spend most of our time dealing with infrastructure projects and checking on site progress. It is not always glamorous, mostly just sitting at desks and making sure the numbers and plans align. We are at Sr. No. 105, H. No. 3, which is easy to find once you get into the business park area. The windows look out over the growing skyline of Baner, which is quite something to see compared to a few years ago. We are a small team and we like to keep the atmosphere relaxed. Someone usually brings in snacks around four o’clock. We don’t have any fancy mission statements on the walls, just some calendars and project timelines. It’s honest work and we take it one day at a time. The office gets a lot of light in the mornings, which makes the early starts a bit better. We have been working from this Pune location for a bit now and have gotten used to the rhythm of the business park.
