Our team works out of Baner in Pune. We are located in the Amar Business Park, which is a busy commercial spot on Survey Number 105. We actually use two units, Flat No. 406 and 407, to give us enough space for our desks and all the blueprints we keep on hand. Baner has turned into a real hub for businesses, so there is always a lot of traffic and people moving about. The building itself is quite professional, but our specific office is pretty lived-in and functional. We have heaps of files and folders everywhere because there is always a lot of paperwork to track. Most of us spend our mornings drinking tea and going over the schedules for our different sites. It’s a good location because we are close to the main road, making it easy to head out to our projects whenever we need to. The office doesn’t have much in the way of decoration. It is more about having a reliable place to meet and get through the daily grind. Sometimes the visitor parking at Amar Business Park is a bit of a headache, but that is just how it is in this part of Pune. We’ve been in these units for a while and have gotten used to the rhythm of the building. It is a practical, no-nonsense space that works well for the kind of development work we do every day.
