You can find Namo Builders & Properties Llp over in Shivaji Nagar. Our office is in the Laxmi Villa Apartment1170/32, specifically Flat No. 103 on the ground level. We’re located in Revenue Colony, which is a fairly quiet and established part of the neighborhood. It’s a nice change from the really noisy main roads. The apartment building itself is older, which gives it a bit of character that you don’t find in the newer developments. We’ve set up our workspace here to handle all the property and building matters we deal with every day. It’s not a corporate showroom or anything like that. It’s just an office with desks, some chairs for visitors, and plenty of files to keep us organized. We spend most of our time talking to people about their homes or looking at different plots of land. Being in Revenue Colony means we’re close to everything but still tucked away enough to get some real work done. We like the local feel of the place. It’s a small team here, and we handle everything ourselves, from the first phone call to the final paperwork. There’s no big hierarchy or anything. If you walk in, you’re likely to talk to the same people every time. It’s just a simple, hardworking office in a quiet corner of Shivaji Nagar where we try to keep things honest.
