NAKSHATRAM FARMS AND RESORTS LLP

Nakshatram Farms and Resorts LLP is based over at 1417/18, Kasba Peth in Sunita App, right here in Pune. We have been working from this office for a while now. It is a bit of an old building but it suits us just fine. Kasba Peth is a busy area with a lot of narrow lanes and people moving about. We handle everything for our farm and resort business from this small spot. It is mostly just paperwork and coordination. We aren't a big fancy outfit with a glass building. We are just local people who like the hospitality business. My brother and I started this because we had some land and wanted to do something with it. The resort is a bit of a drive from the city office. We spend a lot of our time going back and forth. It gets tiring sometimes, especially with the Pune traffic, but we are used to it by now. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. If you call us, you usually get me or one of our small staff members on the phone. We try to keep things simple for everyone. We don't like all those complicated booking systems you see online. We prefer just talking to people and making sure they have what they need for their stay. It's a lot of work to keep a farm running but we like the outdoor life.
