Naiknavare Developer

Our place is called Trushna Nivas. It is located in Chinchwadgaon. This is where Naiknavare Developer is based. It is an older building, not one of those new glass towers you see in the IT parks. We like it here because it is right in the heart of the community. Chinchwad is a busy place with a lot of history. Our office is small and usually a bit cluttered with blueprints and site reports. We do not have a receptionist sitting at a front desk. Usually, if you walk in, you will just see one of us working at a desk and we will look up to say hello. We handle various development projects around this side of Pune. It is a lot of back-and-forth with contractors and local authorities. We are not trying to sound like a big corporate firm. We are just local developers who know this area well. The street outside can get very noisy with the local market nearby, but it is a good kind of energy. We have been here long enough that we do not need a big sign for people to find us. Just look for Trushna Nivas. We keep things pretty basic. No fancy brochures or polished sales pitches. We just tell people what is happening with the projects and give them the facts. It is a very direct way of doing business. It works for us.
