We’ve been at this spot for a while now, right above the Gypsy restaurant near Shivaji Park. It's a busy area, especially with the Sena Bhavan right across from us. Most people know the Vidhya bhawan building, so we're not too hard to find if you're looking for us. Dealing with property and development in a place like this keeps us on our toes. There's always something going on in the neighborhood. We mostly just focus on getting the work done day to day. Sometimes the traffic outside gets a bit loud, but you get used to it when you work here every day. Our team is small, just a few people sitting at their desks handling paperwork and talking to folks who come by. We don't really do the big fancy office thing. It's more about having a desk, a phone, and a place to meet. We’ve seen the streets around Shivaji Park change a lot over the years. New shops come and go, but we’re still here in the same old building. People stop in because they saw our sign or they’ve heard about what we do from someone else in the area. We try to keep things straightforward. No one has time for complicated stuff when there’s actual work to be finished. We just keep moving forward, one project at a time, making sure everything is handled properly from this office. It’s a decent place to work, honestly, and we like the location.
