Our office is located in Mukund Nagar, specifically within the Shivanjali Raghuvir Housing Society in Gultekadi. It is a part of Pune that has its own rhythm. Mytown Ventures started with just a couple of us wanting to do things differently in the real estate world. We are not interested in being the biggest company out there. We just want to do solid work. The office is usually a bit of a mess with maps and site photos pinned to the walls. We spend our time looking at land and figuring out how to make it useful for people. Gultekadi is a good spot for us, easy enough to get to most parts of the city from here. We have a lot of local people coming in just to chat about the market or ask for advice. We do not have a fancy reception desk or anything like that. You just walk in and talk to whoever is free. Sometimes we are all out at a site and the office is empty, but that is the nature of the business. We try to stay honest about what we can achieve. Building things takes time and there are always surprises along the way. We have learned to deal with the ups and downs of the industry without getting too stressed. It is just about being consistent and showing up every day to solve whatever problem comes up next.
