Our workplace is over in Punyai Nagar, specifically at Survey Number 20/1 in the Dhankawadi area. It’s a local spot and we’ve been set up here for some time now. We handle a mix of infrastructure and building projects from this location. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a practical space where we can sit down and focus on our tasks. We have a lot of regular paperwork to get through every week, and being in Dhankawadi makes it easy for our guys to get to various sites around town. We don't use any fancy management talk; we just talk like regular people who happen to know a lot about construction. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic when several projects are happening at once, but we manage to keep it all sorted. You'll usually find us with a cup of tea, looking over some plans or talking to workers. We aren't interested in being the biggest company out there, we just want to stay busy and do right by the people we work with. The neighborhood is fairly active, and we like being part of the local bustle. It’s a straightforward operation here. No big signs or flashing lights, just a door with our name on it and people inside working hard. We’ve grown used to the rhythm of this place and it suits our way of doing things. We just stick to the basics of building.
