Our place is located out in the MIDC area of Ranjangaon, specifically at plot D-98. It’s a bit of a way out from the main city, located in the Shirur Taluka. If you’ve ever been to this industrial zone, you know it’s all about factories and big trucks. The air always feels a bit different here, very industrial and busy with the sound of machinery in the distance. We work out of this facility every day, and it’s a very practical environment. There isn't much around us except for other industrial units and some small eateries for the workers. The commute to Shirur can be long, but once you get here, there’s a lot to do for Murli Krishna Pharma Pvt. Ltd. We spend most of our time inside the unit, managing the production side of things and making sure the schedules are followed. It’s a lot of manual work mixed with some office tasks. The floors are concrete, and the walls are just plain, which suits us fine. We aren't trying to win any beauty contests with our workspace. It’s all about efficiency and getting the pharmaceutical products ready for transport. You see a lot of activity at the gates with vehicles coming and going throughout the day. It’s a tough, hardworking environment, and we’ve been part of it for a good while now. Every day brings a new set of logistical things to figure out, and we just take it one step at a time.
