MTA BUILDCON LLP

We’ve been running MTA BUILDCON LLP from our spot over on University Road in Shivajinagar for a while now. Specifically, we are in shop number 107 and 108. It’s a busy part of Pune, and things can get pretty loud outside with the traffic, but we manage. Most days, it's just a few of us here handling paperwork or talking to folks about building projects. We aren't a giant office with fancy lobby decorations or anything like that. It’s just a practical space where we get our work done. Pune is growing fast, and being in Shivajinagar puts us right in the middle of it. Sometimes the tea stall down the street is where we end up doing most of our thinking. We deal with construction stuff, mostly just trying to keep projects on track and making sure things are built the way they should be. It’s not always easy, especially with the rains or when materials are late, but that’s just how this business goes. We don't spend much time on fancy websites or big ads. Most people find us through word of mouth or just seeing the sign when they pass by the University Road area. We’ve had some long days here, staying late to finish up drawings or checking on site reports from different parts of Haveli. It’s honest work, and we like being part of the local community here in Maharashtra.
