MSNAIK Buildcon is over on Satara Road in Pune. We’re in the Rajdhani Complex, specifically Flat 417. If you know the area, we’re right near the Shankar Maharaj Math, which is a big landmark that everyone uses for directions. Satara Road is always packed with cars and buses, so it’s a very lively part of Pune to be in. We’ve been in this flat for a while now, using it as our main office for the construction business. It’s a private limited company, but it doesn't feel like a big cold office. It’s just a regular space in the Rajdhani Complex at SN19A/2A/2B where we keep all our files and meet up before heading out to work sites. Being near the Math means there’s a certain rhythm to the day with the devotees and the traffic. We don't really do the whole corporate image thing. We just wear our regular clothes, drink a lot of tea, and try to get the building work done on time. Pune is growing so fast, and Satara Road is a major artery, so being here makes sense for us. We can get out to the highways easily. The office at Flat 417 isn't huge, but it's enough for what we need. We handle the planning and the bills there, and the rest of the time we’re on the ground. It’s a simple way of working that has suited us fine so far. No need for anything more complex.
